Netset is now further strengthening its customer focus by adding a completely new strategic role: Chief Customer Officer. Theres Nordblad will have overall responsibility for all customer-facing functions, with the mission of leading the work to create even stronger added value for customers.
Theres Nordblad has a background as an economist and has previously worked as a controller at Ericsson and Botkyrka Municipality, among others. She brings solid leadership skills and extensive experience in driving change in fast-changing and growth-oriented organizations. She most recently came from the software company Hypergene, where she held several leading roles for twelve years, most recently as Chief Customer Officer. During her time there, she was responsible for building up the company's customer organization, as well as establishing working methods with a clear focus on customer and business benefit.
With the recruitment, Netset now increases its focus on customer value. Theres will lead the international organization that currently supports customers in the Nordics, the UK and France, while she will also be part of Netset's management team.

Theres Nordblad will take up her position on March 2.
