Exclusive Networks has appointed Sergio Amodeo to Group Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. He will also become part of the company's Group Management and will report directly to CEO Jesper Trolle.
Sergio Amodeo has over 20 years of international experience in senior finance roles within both global corporations and fast-growing private equity companies. He most recently joined Nexture, where he was Group CFO and Board Member. He previously held similar roles at Radisson Hospitality and TeamSystem, as well as senior finance positions at Danone and Procter & Gamble.
Recruitment is part of Exclusive Networks strategy to strengthen its global leadership as the company continues its international expansion and focus on long-term value creation. With his experience in financial management, transformation and strategic development, Sergio Amodeo is expected to play an important role as the company takes the next step in its growth.
