A long journey through the IT industry
Daniel began his career in outreach sales back in 2002. Two years later, he took the step into the IT industry – a sector in which he has since become deeply rooted. His first larger assignments were on Sharp Center Stockholm, which later became part of EPI Content. There he worked as an Account Manager for seven years and gained solid experience in sales, customer relations and business development.

The next step was Koneo Stockholm, where Daniel got his first leadership role as sales manager. It was also here that he began to shape his own approach to leadership and collaboration. When Koneo later became part of Gibon Stockholm He continued to develop his leadership and built on his experiences within the organization.
After a short break from the industry for a consulting assignment, Daniel found his way back – this time to Gibon Trestad. There, for five years, he has been a driving force in sales and contributed to creating stability, growth and customer satisfaction. He sees taking on the role of CEO as both a great responsibility and a natural continuation of his journey.

When we ask Daniel what he brings to the role of CEO, he emphasizes the importance of operational commitment and proximity to the business.
– I bring my operational experience and will continue to be active in the company's direct development. I believe in creating success together and in the entire organization feeling like they are part of the journey, he says.

For Daniel sees great opportunities in the futureHe believes that the company has received a lot energy in recent years and that you are now ready to grow further.
– I only see opportunities. It feels like we've got momentum and now we just have to push the gas to the limit. We've good conditions to grow and create joy – both for our employees and for our customers, he says.

When asked if he has a motto to live by, Daniel replies that he doesn't have a ready-made expression, but that his philosophy is clear.
– I believe that you create your own story. What you put in at one end – activity, energy, commitment – comes out as results. If you lack the former, the latter will not come either, he says.
