Behind the company are the people behind Cygni's journey to 200 employees in seven offices and which was named Europe's best place to work before the sale to Accenture in 2021. The CEO and co-founder of Art of Code is Pär Tjärnberg., who most recently came from a role as head of Cygni's operations in Stockholm. He has solid experience as a company builder, developer and leader of large, complex technology projects. Co-founder and technical lead is Ali Abida, one of the entrepreneurs behind Cygni with over 25 years of experience as a systems developer and architect.in complex and mission-critical environments.
It is said that the programmer will soon be a thing of the past, a convenient myth for those who have never held the tools themselves. When AI takes care of the technical nitty-gritty and all the details of the code, the demands on being able to understand and be responsible for it increase. The company has a clear growth plan with a focus on technical excellence over rapid volume. Within 12 months, the company will consist of 10 to 15 employees, growing to approximately 40 employees within four years.
