Integration between TeamViewer's endpoint management capabilities and ServiceNow AI Platform enables cohesive, agent-based IT workflows
TeamViewer, a global leader in digital workplace and remote connectivity, and ServiceNow today announced a strategic technology partnership. Under the multi-year agreement, TeamViewer’s market-leading Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and remote connectivity solutions will be integrated with the ServiceNow AI Platform. The partnership also includes joint sales and marketing efforts to deliver integrated solutions for autonomous IT operations.
Many companies today can detect issues in their digital workplace, but still rely on standalone tools and manual work to fix them. This leads to longer resolution times, lower productivity, and employee frustration. By integrating TeamViewer’s endpoint management capabilities with ServiceNow AI Platform customers can take the step from manual to autonomous IT operations with coherent, agent-based workflows.
TeamViewer solutions will be offered as an add-on to ServiceNow customers worldwide, supported by implementation and channel partners. The two companies will also commit sales and marketing resources to jointly drive a global effort in IT Service Management, Field Service Management and Customer Service Management. The partnership also includes plans to deepen integration between the platforms and develop new use cases and markets.
“The future belongs to organizations that can sense, make decisions and act in real time,” says Bill McDermott, Chairman of the Board and CEO of ServiceNow. By bringing together ServiceNow’s AI control tower for business transformation with TeamViewer’s endpoint management capabilities, we connect insights from user devices with automated workflows across the enterprise. Together, we enable autonomous operations, increase productivity, and take the next step towards agent-like operations.
“ServiceNow is one of the world’s leading AI companies and has chosen TeamViewer as a key strategic partner to realize its vision of agent-based operations,” says Oliver Steil, CEO of TeamViewer. It is a testament to our technology, our unique data foundation and our innovative power. Together, we will make our joint offering a central part of how the world’s largest companies run, secure and automate their operations. It is a partnership built to scale.
