Sinch AB (publ) announces today that Sophie Cheng has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). She succeeds Jonathan Bean, who recently took on the role of Executive Vice President, EMEA & Global Partnerships. Sophie Cheng will join Sinch’s global leadership team and report to CEO Laurinda Pang.
On Sinch Sophie has led the company's global product marketing and sales and revenue support organization, where she has contributed to strengthening the company's market positioning, industry analyst relationships, and go-to-market strategy. Before she started Sinch In 2024, she held several senior positions at ZoomInfo and Chorus.ai, where she supported commercial growth and helped companies develop customer dialogues using AI-powered technologies.
