From Deloitte Digital to NetSymphony – Andreas Harting becomes Managing Director for the DACH region

Andreas Harting joins NetSymphony as Managing Director for the DACH region, responsible for growth, strategic partnerships and future funding initiatives.

Swedish SaaS company NetSymphony is strengthening its focus on the German market by appointing Andreas Harting as Managing Director for the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Harting will take up the role on June 1, 2026 and will have overall responsibility for the company’s go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships and future financing initiatives in the region.

The recruitment marks an important step in NetSymphony's European expansion and ambition to establish itself as a leading player in network automation and network control in the German-speaking market.

Brings experience from Deloitte Digital

Andreas Harting has a long background in digital transformation, marketing and business development. He most recently came from the role of Senior Partner at Deloitte and was also co-founder of Deloitte Digital GmbH in Germany, where he helped organizations develop digital business models and strengthen their customer centricity.

Harting is already an investor and board member in NetSymphony and is now taking on more operational responsibility for the company's expansion in the DACH region.

NetSymphony sees Germany as one of Europe's most important markets for digitalization, network modernization and cybersecurity. With Harting's experience and network, the company wants to accelerate its growth and strengthen relationships with customers, partners and investors.

The opportunity to build and scale something on a European and potentially global level, in an outstanding team, was a very attractive next entrepreneurial step, says Andreas Harting.

Stronger position in Europe's largest industrial market

Through the recruitment, NetSymphony gains access to an extensive industrial, commercial and political network in Germany that Harting has built up over several decades.

This gives the company opportunities to more quickly establish strategic relationships in one of Europe's largest technology and industrial markets, while demand for automation, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance continues to increase.
