NetNordic acquires 2C Networks, a Danish IT company with a focus on networks and cybersecurity. Through the acquisition, NetNordic strengthens its position in Denmark and broadens its capabilities within cybersecurity, network infrastructure and cloud services. The deal marks a strategic step in the company's continued expansion in the Nordic market, where demand for advanced security and IT solutions continues to grow rapidly.

NetNordic has long had a strong focus on delivering business-critical IT solutions to large and medium-sized customers across the Nordic region. With 2C Networks as part of the business, the company is now accelerating its growth strategy and solidifying its position as a Nordic powerhouse in networking, cybersecurity and modern cloud platforms.

For many years, NetNordic has delivered advanced solutions in cybersecurity, networks, clouds and collaboration platforms to companies across the Nordic region. The acquisition of 2C Networks marks the company's 23rd acquisition since 2015 and is part of a long-term strategy to build a strong Nordic network by expert companies.

NetNordic is approximately 65 percent owned by the Norwegian investment company Norvestor, while the remaining share is controlled and owned by the company's employees. With this acquisition, NetNordic strengthens its capacity to deliver solutions spanning the entire IT infrastructure, from security monitoring and cloud integration to advanced network solutions and secure digital communications.

Particular focus is on hybrid cloud, Zero Trust architecture, secure communication and modern service platforms that support both private and public organizations.
