The deals strengthen the company's offering within data centers, backup, virtualization and mission-critical IT services at the same time as iteam establishes a strong presence in the Gothenburg region.

– The acquisitions of StorSafe and DataRewind add both deep specialist expertise and attractive service areas that are strategically important for our customers. When we now become part of iteam, our customers will have access to a significantly broader offering, while our employees will become part of a larger Nordic organization with great development opportunities. I am convinced that this is the right next step for both customers, employees and the business as a whole.
The acquisitions add an experienced specialist team to iteam with deep expertise in backup, data center infrastructure and business-critical operational and security solutions. – We have built a strong platform in Sweden in a short time through the acquisition of Avoki IT Services and now through StorSafe and DataRewind. This gives us both geographical reach and cutting-edge expertise in several strategic areas. Our ambition is clear. We will continue to grow in Sweden and become one of the market's most relevant IT partners for both private and public businesses. There is a very strong entrepreneurial spirit in the companies we welcome to iteam, which fits perfectly with our culture and our long-term ambitions.
Michael Jacobs emphasizes that Sweden is a central part of the group's long-term growth strategy.
– Sweden is a strategically very important market for us. With Avoki IT Services, StorSafe and DataRewind, we have established a significant platform for continued expansion in a short time. At the same time, it is the people, the expertise and the customer relationships that we invest in.
