VORTIQX Consilium joins HPE Unleash AI Partner Program

The initiative will provide regulated businesses with better real-time AI governance and verifiable evidence of compliance in HPE Private Cloud AI.

VORTIQX Consilium FZCO, the developer behind the platform VORTIQ-X for real-time AI governance, announces that the company is joining the HPE Unleash AI Partner Program. The goal is to solve one of the biggest challenges for regulated businesses: being able to prove that AI systems were governed and controlled at the exact moment an AI action was performed.

As the EU’s AI Regulation moves AI governance from a policy document to a statutory responsibility, the demands on companies to be able to demonstrate how AI systems have actually been governed in operation are increasing. For certain violations, sanctions can amount to €15 million or 3 percent of global annual turnover. Organizations in finance, healthcare, telecom, public sector, critical infrastructure and defense therefore need to be able to present verifiable evidence that AI systems have been controlled in real time, something that traditional logs created after the fact cannot provide.

VORTIQ-X is designed to meet this very need. Instead of analyzing AI output after it is produced, the platform guides AI actions before they are executed. A key part of the solution is that the governance process is deterministic and does not rely on a second AI model monitoring the first. This avoids increased response times, higher costs, and the trust issues that can arise in security architectures where one LLM monitors another LLM.

The platform combines runtime governance with a multi-jurisdictional data sovereignty distribution architecture, deterministic enforcement controls, and a chain of custody covered by two Swedish patent applications. The security audit methodology underlying the platform has also contributed to security improvements in curl, one of the world's most widely used software projects.
