Arctic Group and ID North today announce their intention to merge in a strategic move that strengthens their position in identity security in the Nordic region. Both companies are part of the European cybersecurity group Allurity, and the merger aims to create one of the region’s most comprehensive identity security players.
As organizations digitize everything from business processes to critical functions, identity has become a central part of cybersecurity. At the same time, advances in AI and increased regulatory requirements are driving the need for advanced solutions to protect access, data, and mission-critical systems.
Arctic Group and ID North create a new Nordic force in identity security
By combining their strengths, Arctic Group and ID North create a strengthened customer offering with the capacity to handle larger and more complex assignments. The ambition is to operate under a new common brand and take a clear leadership position in identity security in the Nordics.
The combined company will offer:

Identity becomes business critical in the AI era

The merger is subject to customary processes, including union negotiations and necessary approvals.
