Roaring is strengthening its management team as a next step following the company's new share issue earlier this year and its continued AI focus. In a period of strong growth, Fatemeh Mahmoudi Molin is taking the step up as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). At the same time, Joakim Isbjörk, former product owner at Roaring, is taking on the role of Head of Product with a focus on developing Roaring's AI solution for risk analysis, compliance and regulatory decision-making. In addition, Magnus Edgren is appointed COO and Bernt-Olof Hellgren is appointed Head of KAM.

In recent years, Roaring has tripled its revenue to SEK 56 million by 2025, grown its team and established itself as a leading player in data-driven risk management. Following the new share issue earlier this year, the company is now taking the next step by strengthening the organization, as part of realizing its AI investment.

Roaring develops next-generation AI solutions for risk analysis, compliance and regulatory decision-making. The platform is built on a hybrid architecture where analysis logic and language models are kept separate to ensure transparency, traceability and reproducibility in decision-making processes.

Fatemeh Mahmoudi Molin, previously Head of Growth at Roaring, now steps into the role of CMO. She has over 15 years of experience from companies such as Google, Volvo Cars, HBO Nordic, SAS and Mentimeter and during her time at Roaring has been a driving force in further developing and scaling the company's growth function.

It’s not just about more data, but about making it usable in completely new and more effective ways to solve customer problems,” says Fatemeh Mahmoudi Molin, CMO at Roaring.

At the same time, Joakim Isbjörk, former product owner at Roaring, the role of Head of Product. With a focus on AI-driven product development, he will lead the work to further develop Roaring's offering and strengthen the connection between data, analysis and customer benefit.

That is why we are building an architecture where analysis and language are separated, which means that every conclusion can be traced back to a concrete data point. To further strengthen the operational organization, Magnus Edgren's role as COO. Magnus has extensive experience in leading organizations in change and growth, and most recently comes from his own business where he supported management teams in building effective and scalable organizations.

Bernt-Olof Hellgren has been appointed Head of KAM. He most recently came from the role of Senior Account Executive at Roaring and has extensive experience working with digital business development, complex sales and solutions for regulated businesses.
