Pax8 launches global partnership with NinjaOne to strengthen MSPs' IT operations and cybersecurity – Published by IT-Branschen

Pax8, the global AI and cloud marketplace for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), is launching a global partnership with NinjaOne. The goal is to provide managed service providers (MSPs) with access to more solutions that support both growth and secure IT operations as AI becomes more prevalent. The collaboration between the two companies is expected to improve and strengthen efficiency and customer satisfaction, while strengthening security for SMBs, which are vulnerable to cyberattacks four times more often than larger companies.

The partnership will simplify how MSPs find and evaluate tools for unified IT operations, including remote monitoring and management (RMM). When a partner identifies a need, Pax8 introduces the MSP to NinjaOne, who takes responsibility for the continued dialogue and customer journey. Pax8 supports in parallel with business insights and strategic guidance.

”This collaboration reflects our commitment to meeting partners where they are and connecting them with proven solutions that align with their business goals,”, says Oguo Atuanya, Corporate Vice President of Vendor Experience at Pax8. Through the collaboration with NinjaOne, we broaden the offering for our partners and continue to work flexibly with the customer's needs in focus.

The partnership builds on the relationship established between Pax8 and Dropsuite following NinjaOne's acquisition of the backup and archiving provider in 2025. According to analyst firm Canalys, the collaboration is a natural step as NinjaOne establishes itself as one of the fastest growing players in the RMM market.

The collaboration also reflects a broader change in the SME market. Pax8 Pulse Survey shows that 84 percent of small businesses would trust an external technology advisor when implementing AI – something that clearly strengthens the role of MSPs as strategic advisors.

– For us at NinjaOne, customer success is about making it easy for MSPs to find and use tools that work in practice and help them build sustainable businesses, says Erzan Uygur, VP Strategy and Operations at NinjaOne. The global partnership with Pax8 enables us to support partners throughout their decision-making journey.

The partnership is now active globally, with regional points of contact supporting MSPs in North America, EMEA and APAC.
