Swedish SaaS company NetSymphony continues to strengthen its core team. Simon Garpedal Joining in May 2026, he brings solid practical experience from some of the Nordics' most demanding enterprise network environments. He will play a central role in the upcoming launch of ChangeGuard and the company's first customer pilots in the German market.
ChangeGuard is a modular tool for automated network change management, co-financed by NCC-SE at the Swedish Civil Defence Agency (MCF). Simon Garpedal has broad experience in networking, cybersecurity and large enterprise environments. He has previously held senior network roles at large Nordic retail companies and at Netsafe, a Cisco-specialized consultancy that later became part of the Conscia Group. He has worked in environments where several leading network and security vendors need to work together, which is in line with NetSymphony's vendor-neutral platform.
– Simon has worked in exactly the environments that NetSymphony is built to solve: large networks, multiple vendors, high security requirements and manual processes that no longer scale. The fact that he comes from one of the leading security vendors is extra valuable now as we launch ChangeGuard and strengthen the platform with additional automation and AI functionality, says Dennis Jansson, CEO of NetSymphony.
In his new role, Simon Garpedal will work with customers who need to standardize, automate and govern network environments where multiple vendors and technologies coexist. He will also serve as a liaison between the customers' operations teams and NetSymphony's product team.
“When I saw how NetSymphony solves the problems I recognize from my own work with customers, I wanted to join the team right away. Many organizations have built complex network environments where control becomes difficult to maintain over time. NetSymphony addresses that problem in a very concrete way,” says Simon Garpedal.
