ServiceNow recruits Martin Lindahl as new head of Sweden – Published by IT-Branschen

Martin Lindahl will be tasked with leading ServiceNow's continued growth in the Swedish market and strengthening the company's position as a strategic partner for businesses that want to increase productivity, automate workflows and translate AI into concrete business benefits.

Martin Lindahl has extensive experience in the technology sector and in leading commercial organizations in Sweden, the Nordics and Europe. He most recently comes from Salesforce, where he held several leading roles in enterprise sales in Sweden, most recently as Head of Enterprise Sales. Previously, he has led B2C sales to industries such as retail, consumer goods, media, telecom, travel and hospitality, and worked with strategic customer relationships, partner development and building new business areas.

– Many Swedish organizations have already tested AI in different parts of the business. The next step is to get the technology to create real impact in the processes, with the right context, governance and security. ServiceNow has a very strong position there, and I look forward to working with the team, our customers and partners to help more organizations move from AI initiatives to concrete business benefits, says Martin Lindahl, Head of Sweden at ServiceNow.

ServiceNow sees the next phase of AI evolution as a shift from individual AI assistants to AI that can be used in core business processes. For enterprises, it’s not just about the intelligence of the models, but about the ability to put AI to work with the right data, context, security and governance. It’s in this shift that ServiceNow wants to play a central role.

“Sweden is one of Europe’s most advanced digital markets, and right now the country is at a clear inflection point. Organizations have moved from experimenting with AI to safely scaling AI across their entire business. This is where ServiceNow plays a critical role – as the enterprise AI control tower, connecting AI, data and workflows to ensure visibility, governance and value creation at scale. Martin is exactly the kind of leader this moment requires. He knows how to translate innovation into execution, build trust in AI and collaborate with customers to drive meaningful transformation. I look forward to everything we will achieve together with our customers in Sweden,” says Marielle Lindgren, Head of Northern Europe at ServiceNow.
