Nexer Group has appointed Pernilla Öhlén as the new Managing Director of Nexer Enterprise Applications Sweden. Pernilla has over 20 years of experience from international environments, with a strong focus on business development, digital transformation and sales management.
Pernilla Ohlen comes most recently from Implema, a full-service digital and business transformation provider with expertise in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, where she most recently held the role of Account Director and Head of Customer Success. Throughout her career, she has built a strong track record of creating customer value, leading high-performing teams, and navigating complex and changing markets.

Her experience will be central as we strengthen our position in Sweden and the Nordics and further integrate our local capabilities with Nexer’s global offering to create increased customer value. In her new role, Pernilla will focus on building a strong and inclusive team culture where collaboration, openness and development are at the core.
