Pax8 makes AI accessible to small and medium-sized businesses

The digital marketplace Pax8, presents the development of the very first Managed Intelligence Toolkit which will help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) deliver AI solutions at scale to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The tool will launch in Q2 2026.

AI platform for scalable automation solutions

The platform enables MSPs to build, manage and scale AI-powered automation solutions for their customers. Through integration of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Entra Agent ID, AI agents can search, purchase and coordinate services autonomously in real-time.

New innovations in Pax8 Marketplace

Further new innovations on Pax8 Marketplace includes:

• Microsoft Copilot Studio and Pax8 Frameworks: Pre-configured AI agent solutions and solution packages that make it easy to build and customize industry-specific AI agents.
• Microsoft Agent Identity with Entra Agent ID: Enables agents to be assigned unique identities in customer systems, enabling granular control and policy enforcement at scale.

Launch schedule

Pax8s integrations with Copilot Studio, MCP and Entra Agent ID will begin rolling out in the summer of 2025, and are expected to be fully launched in the fall of 2025. Managed Intelligence Toolkit will be launched in phases starting in spring 2026.
