Pax8 strengthens its technical management by appointing Avery Moon as new Chief Technology Officer. The appointment marks a strategic step in the company's continued development as an AI-driven cloud marketplace for small and medium-sized businesses.

Avery Moon will have overall responsibility for translating Pax8's product-driven and technical vision into scalable solutions as the platform continues to expand globally. Before Avery Moon started on Pax8 He has held leadership roles in both technology and science, scaling companies from product-market fit to IPO or acquisition on four occasions. Twice he has helped build organizations that grew to over a billion dollars in annual revenue.

His background includes several well-known technology companies and innovative startups, including LinkedIn, Wealthfront and Climate, as well as global groups such as Indeed and Bayer. Moon has extensive experience building and leading international engineering teams and developing products tailored for some of the world's largest markets, including the US, Germany, Japan and India.

Avery Moon graduated summa cum laude from University of Arizona in industrial and computational mathematics, economics and business administration. He was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa, a recognition for academic excellence. In his private life, he enjoys traveling and outdoor activities, with a particular interest in hiking and skiing with his family.
