Pax8, the leading Cloud Commerce Marketplace, today announces that Marc Groetelaars has been appointed Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing with responsibility for Pax8's European operations from February 2026. In the role, he will lead the region's sales and marketing strategy and be responsible for technical presales.
Marc Groetelaars has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, much of which is within the IT channel. He has held several leading EMEA roles as Vice President at Eficode, DataStax, Rescale, Zscaler and VMware.. During his career, he has followed the industry's development from local on-premise solutions to today's cloud-based business models and built up deep expertise in both cloud technology and IT security.
Groetelaars will be based in the Netherlands and report to Harald Nuij, EMEA manager at Pax8.
