As Chief Talent Officer She will lead key initiatives to refine and unify recruitment processes across the company's business areas, improve candidate attraction strategies and develop a long-term strategy for employer brandingA key focus will be to leverage the latest technology, including AI-powered tools, to optimize recruitment and talent management.
