Arrow Electronics has expanded its agreement with IBM and is now making IBM Storage Protect for Cloud available to channel partners in EMEA via the ArrowSphere Cloud platform.

The agreement builds on the long-standing collaboration between Arrow and IBM and broadens access to IBM's SaaS-based data protection platform. Channel partners in EMEA IBM Storage Protect for Cloud is now available to access, package and deliver IBM Storage Protect for Cloud as part of broader multi-vendor solutions. This enables partners to act faster, scale more efficiently and build predictable, recurring revenue streams, while customers strengthen their resilience to data loss in cloud environments.

IBM Storage Protect for Cloud is a data protection platform for multiple workloads, designed to protect mission-critical SaaS data. The solution offers automated backup, granular recovery capabilities and other protection mechanisms to reduce the risk of data loss due to cyber threats, human error or service disruption. The platform supports modern cloud environments and helps organizations maintain business continuity while meeting growing security and compliance requirements.

The platform provides channel partners with access to a digital catalog of cloud technology and services from leading vendors, along with billing, provisioning and subscription management tools. It enables them to build multi-vendor solutions, simplify operations and scale their cloud business more efficiently across the EMEA region.
