The Total Defence Fair is entering into a strategic partnership with Team Marin. The collaboration means that Sweden's largest marine resource network – with over 700 quality-assured subcontractors – is connected to Sweden's new meeting place for total defence.
Team Marin is today Sweden's largest marine resource network with extensive operational capacity in marine and coastal environments. The network includes over 700 subcontractors with quality-assured skills and resources adapted for assignments in both civil and military operations.
– The maritime dimension is crucial for Sweden's total defense, from logistics and infrastructure to operational endurance and readiness. Through the collaboration with Team Marin, we not only gain access to a strong network, but also concrete capacity and specialist expertise. This is a clear example of how civil and military defense can work together in practice, which is the core of the Total Defense Fair, says Monika Johannesen Widholm, Head of Event Unit Resilience & Mobility at Stockholm International Fairs.
The partnership means that Team Marin will actively mobilize its network before and during the fair, with the goal of bringing together relevant stakeholders from business, government and the defense sector.

The Total Defence Fair will be held for the first time in 2026 and will be held in parallel with SKYDD – the largest security fair in the Nordic region. The aim is to create a platform that promotes knowledge, collaboration and innovation within civil and military total defence. The fair is aimed at decision-makers, authorities, businesses and organisations with missions or responsibilities within Sweden's total defence.
