Sigma Technology collaborates with ÖppetHus to promote a more inclusive labor market

Sigma Technology collaborates with the non-profit organization Öppet Hus to contribute to the organization's mentoring program for young adults with a foreign background in Sweden.

Open House is a non-profit organization founded in 2009 in Gothenburg. It is politically and religiously independent and focuses on diversity and inclusion. Open House offers free professional mentoring programs for young adults coming to Sweden from other countries, along with activities to broaden networks, find work opportunities and promote personal development.

Sigma Technology's involvement in the mentoring program

From 2025 onwards, Sigma Technology proud to collaborate with Öppet Hus. Sigma Technology will participate in the Open House mentoring program, identifying projects and initiatives to support the association's vision and encourage networking.

– We have incredible diversity in our team, with colleagues from over 40 different countries contributing their experiences, backgrounds and stories. Our employees are true role models, many of whom have experience of establishing themselves in a new place and building a network. We look forward to working with Open House and contribute to their inspiring mission to make the Swedish labor market more open, says Nataly Lamkén, Chief Communications Officer at Sigma Technology Group.

The mentoring program runs year-round, and both mentors and mentees can apply via Open House website.
