Sigma Technology signs agreement with the Storting

Sigma Technology are proud to announce that we have signed a framework agreement with The Storting administration, the Norwegian Parliament's administrative body, to deliver consultancy services within document information and document production. This agreement is an important step in our ambition to continue growing within the public sector in the Nordic region and contribute our expertise to institutions that support society.

About the Storting

Parliament is Norway's highest elected body and serves as the country's national assembly. It plays a crucial role in the Norwegian democratic system by enacting laws, deciding on the state budget and exercising control over the executive branch – the government. In addition to these formal tasks, the Storting serves as a central arena for political debate and dialogue, where various social issues are discussed and shaped.

The Storting's administration is responsible for supporting the work of the parliament by providing necessary administrative, technical and organizational services. This includes everything from security and IT to communication and document management. The administration's work is crucial to ensuring efficient and transparent parliamentary operations.

About the mission

The agreement between Sigma Technology and the Storting's administration includes the delivery of consulting services with a focus on document production and document information. This may include developing, improving and structuring technical and administrative documentation, adapting content to different target groups and ensuring that the information is clear, accurate and accessible according to applicable regulations and standards.

The agreement will initially run for two years and includes the option to extend for two additional one-year periods, giving a potential total agreement period of up to four years. During this time, Sigma Technology to contribute with qualified expertise and experienced consultants who can support the Storting's work with modern and efficient information management.
