Check Point Software reports increased revenue and improved results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025. In connection with the report, the company presents a new platform strategy to meet companies' growing need for safe AI use as well as three strategic acquisitions.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue increased by six percent to $745 million. Earnings per share increased by 22 percent to $2.81. Subscription-based security revenue increased by eleven percent to $325 million in the quarter. For the full year, revenue was $2,725 million, an increase of six percent compared to the previous year. Earnings per share increased by 29 percent to $9.62.
Checkpoint At the same time, it highlights a strategic focus on securing organizations' use of AI. The strategy is organized around four areas: Hybrid Mesh Network Security, Workspace Security, Exposure Management, and AI Security. Together, these areas will provide comprehensive and proactive protection for networks, cloud environments, users, and AI-based systems throughout the organization.
As part of the initiative, Check Point is announcing three acquisitions in the first quarter of 2026. Cyata brings technology to detect, steer and control autonomous AI agents. Cyclops strengthens the company's offering in risk and exposure management through improved visibility into assets in cloud and IT environments. Rotate contributes expertise and technology to further strengthen the offering for IT service providers and MSPs.
