Pax8 launches partnership with inforcer, strengthening Microsoft 365 security, governance and Copilot readiness for MSPs

Pax8 and inforcer are partnering to help MSPs strengthen Microsoft 365 security, data governance, and Copilot readiness for small and medium-sized businesses. Pax8 and inforcer are partnering to help MSPs strengthen Microsoft 365 security, data governance, and Copilot readiness for small and medium-sized businesses.
Pax8 launches partnership with inforcer to provide MSPs with tools for security, compliance, Microsoft 365 governance, and Copilot readiness at scale.

Upcoming availability in the Pax8 Marketplace helps MSPs standardize and secure Microsoft 365 at scale while creating a clear path to managed intelligence for SMB customers.

Pax8, the global AI and cloud marketplace for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), will add inforcer in Pax8 Marketplace through a new partnership that makes the provider available through Pax8. With inforcer, managed service providers (MSPs) can more easily consolidate their services around the Microsoft ecosystem and deliver standardized services across identity management, device management, security policies, and AI readiness. This helps SMBs adopt Microsoft 365 and Copilot in a secure, consistent, and scalable manner. The launch of inforcer in the Marketplace will take place this summer after the Pax8 Beyond 2026 conference.

“A prerequisite for MSPs today is rapid and responsible AI adoption, which requires a solid foundation in security and governance,” said Oguo Atuanya, Corporate Vice President of Vendor Experience at Pax8. By adding enforcer In Pax8 Marketplace, we provide our partners with a powerful way to standardize Microsoft 365 environments. This practical opportunity strengthens the ecosystem in the transition to managed intelligence where AI becomes part of everyday life for small businesses.

As SMBs accelerate their AI adoption, MSPs increasingly need to move beyond one-off efforts and instead offer continuous governance, compliance and operational safeguards. New research from Pax8 shows why this is important: 62 percent of SMBs say they are using AI today, but only 18.5 percent say they are using AI extensively across multiple business areas, highlighting the remaining gap between AI adoption and operational readiness. In the same survey, 84 percent of SMBs say they would rely on an external technology advisor to help with AI implementation, which underlines the important role MSPs play in transforming AI interest into secure and long-term business results.

inforcer helps MSPs put this role into practice by standardizing Microsoft 365 security and data governance across multiple customer environments, automate configurations, monitor compliance in real time, and detect deviations from established policies. The platform also supports MSPs building managed intelligence offerings through features such as inforcer Copilot Readiness Assessments, Copilot Manager, and Shadow AI discovery. These features give MSPs tangible tools to assess readiness, manage deployments, and monitor usage patterns in customer environments.

– MSP needs greater leverage and less complexity, says Jamie Daum, CEO of inforcer. By connecting to the Pax8 Marketplace, it will be easier for MSPs to use inforcer as the platform that underpins their Microsoft services. They can standardize security and governance across their customers, continuously verify compliance, and build packaged offerings around Copilot readiness and managed AI. We look forward to the opportunities this creates for Pax8 partners and the SMBs they support.

Over the past twelve months, inforcer has experienced rapid global growth, reaching over 1,200 MSP partners, driven by increasing demand to standardize, secure, and monetize Microsoft 365 at scale.
