Inforcer, a leading provider of Microsoft 365 multi-tenant management software for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), has launched its new Threat Detection and Response solution. It helps MSPs quickly identify threats, mitigate breaches, and prevent recurring attacks while unifying proactive security and incident management in a single platform.
After establishing itself as a leader in proactive security over the past three years, helping more than 1,200 MSP partners secure and manage Microsoft 365 environments at scale, Inforcer is now expanding its offering to include threat detection and incident response.
At Pax8 Beyond in Salt Lake City, June 7-9, the company unveiled its new Inforcer Threat Detection and Response solution. The new product solidifies Inforcer’s position as a complete platform for managing and securing Microsoft 365 and Copilot for MSPs at scale.
The company's solutions are designed to prevent and mitigate the risk of attacks through a control plane for Microsoft 365 across multiple tenant environments, while empowering customers to quickly identify and respond to incidents through real-time detection, incident management, and automated remediation.
Combining preventive security and incident response
Customers today expect their MSP to automatically protect them from cyberattacks. At the same time, this is becoming increasingly challenging. The widespread use of remote work and the increasing use of AI make it easier than ever for threat actors to carry out attacks from anywhere in the world.
Intrusions can also be difficult to detect. Once an attacker has entered an environment, they can remain undetected for a long time, gradually increasing their privileges before launching more extensive attacks.
Preventative security measures are crucial, but it can be difficult for MSPs to clearly demonstrate the value of proactive security to their customers, so even the most security-conscious providers need tools for threat detection and incident response.
To win new customers and retain recurring revenue, MSPs need to be able to demonstrate how attacks are detected and stopped in practice. This requires that preventive and reactive security work seamlessly together.
Inforcers Expansion in threat detection and incident response helps MSPs create a more complete security strategy. By combining preventive security measures with visible evidence of detected threats, customers gain a better understanding of the value of proactive security.
With Inforcer’s unified security platform, MSPs can detect and manage breaches while clearly demonstrating the potential impact and severity of each threat, making it easier to demonstrate the value of proactive security measures while creating new revenue opportunities.
In-depth Microsoft 365 telemetry
Inforcer started as a platform for managing multiple Microsoft 365 environments. As a result, the solution already has extensive visibility into Microsoft environments and applications.
Unlike many identity-based threat detection solutions, which focus solely on identity as an attack vector, Inforcer Threat Detection and Response continuously monitors signals from across the entire Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra, Defender, Purview, Teams, and SharePoint.
By analyzing data from all relevant sources, MSP gains a significantly better understanding of each security event, reducing the number of false positives and improving the quality of alerts.

– At Inforcer, we are building the complete security platform that MSPs can use long-term, says Jamie Daum, CEO of Inforcer.
“We continue to evolve and expand our platform so our partners can grow with us. With Threat Detection and Response, Inforcer is now the only centralized platform for managing Microsoft 365 across multiple tenant environments across the entire security lifecycle, both before and after an attack.”.
