Orange Cyberdefense today announces the addition of Peter Larsson as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With an impressive 30 years of experience in the IT industry and a solid background from senior positions, including the most recent position as CEO of the entrepreneur-driven SaaS company Netgraph, Larsson brings invaluable expertise to Orange Cyberdefense. In addition, he has over 15 years of experience as an IT manager at Skistar, where he actively worked with technology and products that Orange Cyberdefense also delivers to its customers.

Kåre Nordström, head of Sweden at Orange Cyber Defense, emphasizes the CTO's central role in overseeing the fast-moving world of cybersecurity. "Our CTO has an important unifying role for relevant external surveillance, the cyber security information we at Orange Cyberdefense gather about, for example, threat actors, relevant vulnerabilities and trends,” says Nordström. “Our CTO ensures that our threat intelligence reaches our customers, and with his extensive experience and passionate interest in the industry, we very much look forward to welcoming Peter as part of our team and our work to build a safer digital society. "
In his new role, Peter Larsson will also lead Orange Cyberdefense's technical strategy journey together with the company's leading consultants in various fields. In addition, he will be an integral part of the customer teams at some of Orange Cyberdefense's largest customers. The overall vision is to proactively support and strengthen customers in navigating the complex world of cyber security. At the same time, the focus is on broadening Orange Cyberdefense's competence and offerings within both technical solutions and strategic consulting.
