Orange Cyberdefense steps up and recruits Elin Mårtenzon as head of Region South

The cybersecurity company Orange Cyber Defense is making an aggressive investment in cybersecurity in southern Sweden and is now announcing that Elin Mårtenzon has been appointed as the new head of the company's Region South. The company already has a prominent position in southern Sweden with strong growth, a robust organization and a concentration of expertise. Under Elin Mårtenzon's leadership, the region is tasked with further accelerating growth and innovation in one of Sweden's most dynamic parts. Elin Mårtenzon has almost twenty years of experience leading sales teams, scaling organizations, and driving digital transformation for businesses across a range of industries. She most recently came from a role as a sales manager.

Region South has gained a clearer identity after previously being linked to Region West. The new structure gives full force to the investment in southern Sweden, where demand for advanced security solutions is growing rapidly. Elin Mårtenzon will have a total of 200 employees in its organization as several important functions such as the Security Operations Centre, support functions, global research and global operations, together with the Swedish operations' headquarters, are located in Malmö.
