The consulting company Midagon strengthens its position in business-critical transformations by recruiting Charlotte Brandt as the new ERP Business Lead in Sweden. Charlotte will also take a place in the Swedish management team and report directly to CEO Kristian Franzén.
With over 20 years of experience of business and IT transformation, partnerships and business development in The Nordic countries and Europe Charlotte brings significant strategic and operational expertise to Midagon. The recruitment is part of Midagon's long-term growth strategy within ERP and digital transformation in the Nordics.

Charlotte comes most recently from the consulting and auditing firm Deloitte, where she was for five years Director and Nordic Business Development Lead for SAP-Enabled Digital Transformation, and part of Deloitte's SAP Alliance Leadership in EMEA. Prior to that, she was at the consulting company Accenture for more than twelve years in various senior roles, including as SAP Market Development Lead for Europe and Alliance Director for the Nordics.
At Midagon Charlotte will further develop and strengthen the company's ERP offering in Sweden to support customers as an independent and objective partner, throughout the ERP-the journey, from strategy to implementation.
