T.Loop strengthens the board – the entrepreneur Philip Duns elected as new member
”The interest in T.Loop reflects the enormous development we see in the industry. The company's concept for circular Data Energy Center® is right on time and I am proud to be able to contribute my experiences,” comments Philip Duns, new board member T.Loop.
T.Loop elected the experienced tech entrepreneur at the annual general meeting on May 19, 2025 Philip Duns as a new board member.
Philip Duns has more than 20 years of experience in building and expanding technology companies internationally. He co-founded the Norwegian company Canary whose business specializes in stability and performance analysis (SPA) of large IT systems. Under Philips’ leadership, Kanari grew rapidly in The Nordic region with customers such as DNB and TietoEVRY. In 2020, the company was acquired by Adelis Equity Partners, who have continued to accelerate expansion as the new majority owner. In the fall of 2024, the company was purchased by Conscia Group.

”Philips” experience in scaling technology companies internationally and his deep understanding of mission-critical IT infrastructure are exactly what we need in our next phase of expansion. I look forward to working closely with him as we build the organization and take T.Loop to more markets,” says Helena Fagraeus Lundström, CEO of T.Loop.
The board of directors of T.Loop now consists of Jonas Nyman (chairman), Agneta Jacobsson, Lotta Widorson Lassfolk, Staffan Stymne and Philip Duns.
