T.Loop (Therma Loop AB), a Swedish cleantech company that develops climate-smart data center solutions, has completed a successful new share issue and raised SEK 33 million. The capital will be used to accelerate the company's expansion, recruitment and development of their innovative Data Energy Centers® – a circular data center concept where excess heat is recycled into district heating.

Strengthened financial base enables growth and international expansion

The new share issue, which was decided at an extraordinary general meeting on February 14, 2025, provides T.Loop conditions to scale up the business at a rapid pace. The capital will be used, among other things, to:
