The new share issue, which was decided at an extraordinary general meeting on February 14, 2025, provides T.Loop conditions to scale up the business at a rapid pace. The capital will be used, among other things, to:
- Recruit key skills in technology, sales and project management
- Accelerate the establishment of new Data Energy Centers®
- Expand to new markets in and outside Sweden
- Strengthen the company's research and development in sustainable data infrastructure
