T.Loop Creiman data center is now in focus as T.Loop and Creiman begin a strategic collaboration on new data centers in Sweden. The collaboration involves real estate consulting firm Creiman assisting data center developer T.Loop identifying and securing attractive properties for the establishment of new sustainable AI data centers around the country.

The partnership marks an important step in T.Loops expansive investment in future-proof digital infrastructure with a focus on high-density cargo and artificial intelligence. The demand for computing power is increasing rapidly as AI solutions, machine learning and advanced data analysis gain an ever greater role in both business and the public sector. Sweden has, through its stable energy supply and high share of renewable electricity provide good conditions to develop into a leading country for sustainable data centers in Europe.

Staffan Stymne, Head of Development at T.Loop, comments on the collaboration:

"Creiman has great innovative power and strong executive ability in the real estate sector. Through their extensive network and deep experience in real estate development, we can accelerate the matching process for T.Loop and identify the most optimally located properties that can offer the right conditions to establish our Data Energy Centers®.”

The goal of the collaboration is to enable a rapid and sustainable expansion of data center capacity in Sweden. Through early access to the right land and properties, projects can be implemented faster, with greater precision and with better conditions to meet future demands for both power, availability and energy efficiency.

Niklas Östman, Partner and Head of Property Development at Creiman, sees great opportunities in the collaboration:

“It will be fantastic fun to support T.Loop in their ambitious and rapid expansion of sustainable AI infrastructure in Sweden. It will be very positive for both parties when expertise in technology and real estate is combined. It is also an important contribution to Sweden's long-term digital competitiveness.”

T.Loop develops, builds and operates data centers which are strategically positioned to deliver future-proof computing power for high-density loads with a particular focus on AI. The company's facilities are designed to meet future demands for scalability, energy efficiency and operational reliability. Through a unique design and advanced control, T.Loop's data centers deliver not only computing power but also heat production and flexibility services for the electricity grid. These end-to-end solutions are referred to as Data Energy Centers®.

By recovering excess heat from the servers, the heat can be used in nearby properties or district heating networks. This contributes both to reduced carbon dioxide emissions and to a more efficient use of society's energy resources. At the same time, data centers can contribute flexibility to the electricity grid by adjusting load during high demand, something that is becoming increasingly important in an electrified society.

Creiman offers services within business development, property development and project management. As a long-term partner, Creiman helps players successfully navigate the Swedish property market through the entire process from early analysis and land acquisition to completed establishment. The company works with both private and public players and has a strong focus on sustainable urban development and long-term value creation.

Through collaboration with T.Loop gives Creiman the opportunity to actively contribute to the expansion of critical digital infrastructure in Sweden. At the same time, T.Loop gains access to cutting-edge expertise in property development, permit processes, land analysis and project management. This creates better conditions for faster establishment, reduced risks in the projects and a more structured expansion.

The demand for data centers continues to increase sharply in line with digitalization, AI development, electrification of industry and increased demands for local data storage. Sweden is expected to play an increasingly important role in the Nordic and European data center map in the coming years. The collaboration between T.Loop and Creiman is a clear example of how technical excellence and real estate expertise can together meet this demand.

The first joint projects within the framework of the collaboration are expected to be launched in the coming years, with the aim of establishing several new Data Energy Centers® in strategically selected locations around Sweden. The ambition is to create a long-term platform for continued expansion while contributing to a more sustainable energy system.

The increased willingness to invest in AI and cloud-based services is driving the need for ready-made data center premises throughout the Nordic region. Through the collaboration between T.Loop and Creiman This creates better conditions for faster permit processes, more efficient project implementation and long-term sustainable establishment. It also strengthens Sweden's position as one of Europe's most attractive countries for data center investments.
