Constant expansion across Europe
Conscia was founded in Denmark 2003 and has expanded over the last two decades and is now active in ten European markets.
The group has its headquarters in Denmark with operations in Sweden, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Finland, Belgium, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Accelerated growth through strategic acquisitions
In recent years, Conscia has made significant strategic investments to strengthen its cybersecurity and managed services capabilities, including both acquisitions and the development of existing businesses.
Some examples are:
- The acquisition of Swedish Splunk specialist Siemify
- The Norwegian observability expert Kanari Group
- Danish cybersecurity company Credocom
- Entry into the Irish and UK markets through PlanNet21 Group and ITGL
Conscia has also expanded its operations by establishing a European Security Operations Center (SOC) in Slovenia, with digital forensics and incident management capabilities available across the group.
