Conscia today announces that Lars Kyhlstedt will become the Group's Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective October 1, 2026. The appointment strengthens Conscia's continued growth in managed services within cybersecurity, network, cloud and observability. This comes as more and more customers seek reliable partners who can run secure, resilient and high-performance IT environments for business-critical operations.
Lars Kyhlstedt has been country manager for Consciousness Sweden for the past six years and will continue in this role until October 1, while gradually taking over responsibility as the Group's COO. He will be part of the Group Management and report directly to the CEO Erik Bertman.
As the group's COO, Lars Kyhlstedt will be responsible for Conscia's managed services within four business units: Managed Cybersecurity, Managed Cloud, Managed Observability and a new business unit, Managed Network, launching on October 1, 2026. The recruitment is part of Conscia's strategic ambition to strengthen and further develop its offering within managed services.
