Snowflake Appoints Chris Niederman as Senior Vice President of Alliances and Channels

Snowflake, the company behind the AI Data Cloud, announces the appointment of Chris Niederman as Senior Vice President of Alliances and Channels. Niederman will be responsible for strengthening and expanding Snowflake’s global partner and channel strategy and driving growth through innovation and collaboration in the AI Data Cloud.

Niederman brings over 30 years of experience in build and scale global partner organizationsHe comes closest from Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he held several leadership roles for 11 years, most recently as Managing Director of the AWS Industries and Solutions team. During his time at AWS He built the Global Systems Integrators business from the ground up to an annual revenue of USD 10 billion. Previously, he was also active at VMware, where he established the company's first national partner sales team. Niederman holds an MBA with a concentration in finance and marketing from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
