Pax8, one of the leading cloud-based commerce platforms, is unveiling new enhancements to its Marketplace and simultaneously launching Data and AI Guided Growth, an AI-powered growth program designed to support MSPs to grow using new technology.
Integrations Hub and Public Storefronts – new features in Pax8 Marketplace
Two major innovations have recently been launched in Pax8 Marketplace: Integration Hub and Public Storefronts.
“Integration Hub represents a paradigm shift in how MSPs build technology solutions for their customers,” says Libby McIlhany, Product Manager at Pax8. “Partners can now find, connect and manage all integrations in a single interface.”

Integrations Hub opens up smooth and secure connections to external tools via OAuth authentication. Users can subscribe to events and use webhooks to create automated workflows. The platform also includes Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers – a solution that enables the interconnection of AI agents with traditional software and makes it easier to run intelligent processes.
At the same time, Public Storefronts is being launched – a tool that enables MSPs to showcase their service offerings for potential customers. Public Storefronts can be published both in Pax8's own systems, and directly on the partner's own website. Features such as lead generation, branding and quick activation open up new business opportunities.
Data and AI Guided Growth – the tools of the future for MSPs
Pax8 is also launching the next phase of its Guided Growth education model, Data and AI Guided Growth – a new program focusing on AI and data. The program is designed to help MSPs to take their first steps with AI and to contribute to business development at SMB customers.

“This is a tool that helps companies to grow and meet the needs of the future”, says Craig Donovan, Chief Experience Officer at Pax8. “We help our partners transition from traditional service management to Managed Intelligence – where they drive real results using AI.”
The program begins with a self-assessment that provides a snapshot of the partner’s current situation and matches them with training content that supports their continued development. The results will automatically suggest the content most relevant to their results and guide them towards improved business capabilities and efficiency through implementation of AI. The education focuses on practical application, business benefit and continuous improvement – with the goal of giving MSPs the tools to lead AI discussions, create data-driven offerings, and drive change with their customers
