- Agentforce 2DX launch:
Salesforce presented Agentforce 2DX, the latest development of its AI platform for autonomous agents. This innovation underscores Salesforce’s commitment to proactive AI that can operate with minimal human intervention, with the goal of addressing global labor shortages by creating a “digital work platform”. - AgentExchange Marketplace:
Salesforce also launched AgentExchange, a new marketplace designed to accelerate the deployment of AI agents for “Agentblazers.” The platform can be likened to the AppExchange that was introduced in 2005 and serves as a central hub for innovative AI solutions. - The role of AI in the future of work:
The keynote highlighted how agentic AI can help mitigate global labor shortages by automating routine tasks, support employees and improve customer interactions.
