Kaseya began his Kaseya DattoCon Europe Conference in Dublin to celebrate its global customer community. Over 1,500 attendees will connect and share best practices to grow faster, improve service quality, and operate more efficiently – all using the company’s flagship AI-powered platform, Kaseya 365.
The event marks the channel's presentation of Kaseya's new CEO, Rania Succar, who will be attending the event and speaking with clients. She joins Kaseya after a decade at Intuit and previous stints at Google, McKinsey, and Merrill Lynch.

“We are accelerating the pace of innovation at Kaseya and creating a culture where we are not just customer-focused, but customer-obsessed,” says Rania Succar. “At DattoCon Europe, I look forward to getting to know our partners better and learning exactly what they need so we can develop our roadmaps accordingly.”
During the event, Succar also announced that Kaseya invests $100 million in the EMEA region, including the addition of more than 200 new developers.
Highlights from Kaseya's Innovation Messages:
Kaseya 365 Ops – The latest version of the Kaseya 365 platform uses practical AI to help customers scale efficiently, improve operations, and achieve best-in-class service delivery and performance metrics. Kaseya 365 Ops-customers save an average of 160 hours per month thanks to the platform's AI capabilities and automation, which is equivalent to the productivity of an additional technician.

Kaseya SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) – The new Kaseya SIEM offers customers a streamlined, unified response system with SaaS alerts and MDR protection, without the cost of enterprise-grade options. Kaseya SIEM correlates threat data from RocketCyber and SaaS alerts and combines endpoint and cloud telemetry to deliver unified, faster, and more actionable threat detection.

Free Hardware – All models of Datto backup hardware will be free to use for all Kaseya customers, regardless of model or term. This allows Kaseya backup partners to provide a consistent level of service while eliminating upfront hardware costs.
Datto ALTO 5 – A 2TB ALTO model returns to the Datto series at the same monthly cost as the current 1TB model and now includes encryption to strengthen security.

BCDR Fast Track Program – For new Datto BCDR partners, this program offers up to three devices with free hardware, 50% off service, and free onboarding, enabling customers to expand their business without incurring additional costs.
AI-enhanced summary (beta feature)) – This new beta feature in vPenTest makes security reports easier to understand. The AI-enhanced summary transforms complex technical results into clear, actionable insights so business and security teams can make faster, smarter decisions.

vPenTest EMEA-data center – vPenTest is expanding its infrastructure to provide EMEA partners and companies the ability to store, process and manage their data within the region. This supports GDPR compliance where necessary.
