European cloud company Cleura announces that e-commerce company One node has chosen Cleura Public Cloud as infrastructure for the company's continued growth.

The core of the growing SaaS company Enode is an e-commerce platform with associated AI products that automate and streamline e-commerce work to maximize customer sales. As part of the company's growth journey, Enode has recently procured a cloud service for operating the platform and AI-solutions. The choice fell on Cleura's public cloud service, and the work to migrate customers' operating environments has now begun.

The e-commerce platform will be hosted in the Cleura Public Cloud, on the Gardener Kubernetes cluster integrated into the cloud service. This solution gives Enode access to built-in automated features such as auto-scaling and automatic updates.

Availability and scalability in focus

“Our e-commerce platform is central to our customers’ business – it must always be available. With Cleura "We know that our customers' stores are always online. That is a great value for both us and our customers," continues Henrik Löwenadler.

With clear capacity peaks during, for example, Christmas shopping, Black Week and other campaigns, it was crucial for Enode to choose an operating alternative that enables high scalability – a requirement that Cleura Public Cloud meets.

“It’s nice to know that we can easily scale up the capacity of Cleura’s infrastructure as customer needs change. Another advantage is that we can grow with them as we expand,” notes Henrik Lowenadler.

European cloud important for customers

“For us and many of our customers, it was crucial that Cleura is a European company, whose cloud services comply with European data protection legislation. Several of our customers already require that all data be stored and managed in Sweden by a European supplier,” explains Henrik Löwenadler.

Enode has approximately 300 customers who use the e-commerce platform In addition technology, Enode also offers consulting services in sales and marketing. The company works primarily with private sector players, but also has several customers in the public sector. Currently, the business is mainly focused on the Swedish market, but there are expansion plans.

“We are proud of the trust we have received to secure the operation of Enode's e-commerce platform. With its focus on digital innovation, need for scalability and high demands on availability, Enode is a excellent example of a company who create both customer and business value by operating their operations in our European cloud,” says Johan Christenson, founder of Cleura.
