Sigma Industry East North Group has once again received the award Sweden's Best Managed Companies – a quality seal awarded by Deloitte. This is the third year in a row that the company has received the award, which is given to Swedish private companies that demonstrate exceptional ability in strategy, culture, governance and finance.
The Best Managed Companies program was founded by Deloitte in Canada in 1993 and launched in Sweden in 2018. To qualify, the company must undergo a comprehensive evaluation, where both the structure of the business and the corporate culture are examined. The focus is on long-term profitability, sustainable growth, strategic leadership and employee engagement. The process is led by experienced advisors from Deloitte, and each application is assessed by an independent jury.

"That for the third year "Receiving this award in a row shows that our working method works over time," says Tobias Wilhelmson, Vice President at Sigma Industry East North. "We are building on a stable foundation with clear strategies and direction. This means that we don't have to reinvent the wheel every time, but can focus on further developing our business areas, creating better conditions for our employees and strengthening our offering as an employer."
The award Sweden's Best Managed Companies is awarded annually to highlight companies that not only deliver good results, but also build strong organizations where people and business develop together.
"We are proud to present the award to these 17 companies, all of which demonstrate strong leadership, a clear strategic agenda and well-functioning processes. Unlisted, private companies account for a large part of our workforce, our revenues and a vibrant business community, and constitute an important building block in the Swedish economy. It is therefore extra fun to present the award for best managed companies to these entrepreneurs," says Lina Thörn, partner at Deloitte and responsible for Best Managed Companies in Sweden.
