CONVENDUM launches new products, takes over operations of Klarna's headquarters

Now CONVENDUM is taking the step and broadening its service and product offering. With Coworking as the foundation and as a complement to CONVENDUM's four core products Coworking, Private Office, Big Office and Conference, CONVENDUM now offers Office Management, Enterprise Membership and Enterprise Consulting to companies.

We are now taking the step from being a Coworking player to becoming an Office as a service provider, OaaS, where Coworking is an important part of our product offering. Given that companies of all sizes have essentially the same needs, we have developed new and broader products for large companies, says Håkan Jeppsson, CEO of CONVENDUM.

— CONVENDUM's office management is a premium service and maintains a high level of ambition and service. We do what we do in our own units, but now also on site at companies, says Håkan Jeppsson.

In the days that came the news that CONVENDUM takes over the operation of the payment company Klarna's headquarters.

— We have a good relationship with Klarna for several years and are now taking over the operation of their head office, says CONVENDUM's CEO Hakan Jeppsson.

CONVENDUM's two additional services in the new product range for large companies, Enterprise Membership and Enterprise Consulting, mean that large companies sign up for a larger number of memberships, which are needed when a large company outside the city wants to reduce its office space due to lower average occupancy. In order to be able to reduce space at the head office, employees need access to open spaces and meeting room at CONVENDUMs all addresses. Memberships are as always personal. Enterprise Consulting is consultative advice to large companies where CONVENDUM offers needs- and cost analyses, and assists with creating a strategy platform, policies and implementation of a modern office solution.

CONVENDUM is Sweden's largest Coworking operator and dominant in its industry with a growth of 40%. CONVENDUM is making strong progress and this year four units have been opened and soon two more.
