T.Loop recruits Caroline Lindström to the role of Head of People & Culture. Caroline has a background in working broadly at the intersection of investors, owners, boards and management teams in growth company, as an advisor and partner in executive search. She most recently came from Darow where she was responsible for executive recruitment, Due Diligence of management teams prior to acquisitions and organizational consulting. Caroline has worked with executive recruitment both during and after her studies in human resources and working life issues with a focus on business administration and human resources & organization at Uppsala University.
