Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched Rapid Outcome AI, a new enterprise platform designed to help organizations move faster from experimenting with AI to using the technology in full operation.
The platform is powered by technology from NVIDIA and uses, among other things, generative AI, computer vision and industry-specific AI models. The goal is to help companies in areas such as manufacturing, telecom, banking and retail achieve a higher degree of automation in their processes. By using AI to automate decisions, increase visibility into operations and reduce manual work, companies can improve their productivity.
John Fanelli, Vice President of Enterprise Software at NVIDIA, says: “Combining TCS Rapid Outcome AI with NVIDIA's AI platform enables organizations to accelerate the development and deployment of AI applications that deliver tangible business outcomes.”
Amit Kapoor, Chief AI and Services Transformation Officer at TCS, comments: “TCS Rapid Outcome AI combines our contextual knowledge and industry expertise with NVIDIA’s advanced AI infrastructure. The platform delivers operational intelligence and role-based experiences to power AI at scale.”
Platform features
Built on NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure, the platform combines industry-specific AI solutions with NVIDIA’s compute performance, enabling enterprises to integrate AI into their existing workflows in a fast, controlled, and scalable manner.
- AI at Scale: NVIDIA’s computing power enables companies to simulate and test operational decisions before implementing them in the real world. For example, using NVIDIA’s Omniverse library, telecom infrastructure scenarios can be visualized as digital twins to evaluate safety and efficiency.
- Operational Intelligence (Operational Intelligence): The platform uses NVIDIA Metropolis to build computer vision agents that deliver real-time operational intelligence, enabling monitoring of factory floors, warehouses, retail stores, and telecom infrastructure to detect security risks or quality issues at an early stage.
- Persona-based Enterprise AI: Using NVIDIA NIM microservices, the platform can create AI assistants tailored for specific roles within the enterprise, such as customer service, IT operations, or technical decision support. The assistants help employees quickly access information and thereby increase their productivity.
TCS and NVIDIA will jointly help companies implement these industry-specific AI solutions. The platform TCS Rapid Outcome AI was showcased during NVIDIA's GTC 2026 conference.
