When the doors closed to Kistamässan on January 22, the organizers were able to sum up two intense and successful days. Four leading meeting places – Solutions for the Public Sector, Procurement Days, e-Health+MVTe and Future Health & Healthcare – gathered over 4,600 committed participants and 250 exhibitors. The result: record participation, high activity on the trade fair floor and a strong belief in the future for the coming years.
Interest in the continuation is already high. With a rebooking rate of 70 percent for 2027, the event consolidates its position as the meeting place for public activities.
”It’s great to see how the conference continues to grow. We have more visitors, a stronger program and a commitment that is really noticeable when people come together. What started as a vision has now become an established meeting place. We look forward to 2027 more than ever,” says Per Mosseby, Chairman of the Conference Council.
A national platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange
The need for collaboration between public and private actors is greater than ever. This year's event focused on highly topical issues – from welfare crime and public safety to digitalization, artificial intelligence and sustainable development.
For us in social services, the fair is a valuable meeting place for monitoring the world around us and inspiration. It provides new perspectives and ideas about preventive work with the elderly.” Annie Stenlund, Manager, Development Unit, Skellefteå Municipality.
”"This is a very good trade fair for finding, comparing and testing solutions. All suppliers are gathered in one place, which makes it easy to ask the right questions."”Malin Torstendahl, HSL coordinator, Haninge Municipality.
A trade fair floor characterized by business and innovation
The trade fair floor was well-attended on both days and was characterized by intensive meetings, demonstrations and discussions. The exhibitors testified to the high quality of the visitors and good conditions for long-term business relationships.
– The right visitors, the right conversations and a clear focus on the public sector. This is a fair that gives us both visibility and valuable relationships, says Martin Larsen, head of public sector at SAP.
UV Medico also highlights the results:
”This is our fourth year at the fair and this year is our best yet – both in terms of number of visitors and quality of leads.” Patric Alffors, Head of Sales, UV Medico.
Looking ahead – next meeting in 2027
The strong number of participants, the positive response and the high rebooking rate create a stable foundation for continued development.
– It is a bit incredible to see how the event continues to grow year after year. Now it is no longer an ambition, but a clear direction. Our enthusiasm for 2027 is greater than ever, concludes Marie Jacobson, Business Manager Live Expo.
The four meeting places will return on January 27-28, 2027 at Kistamässan in Stockholm..
