LEECH has recruited Johan Fredriksson to the role of Nordic Head. Johan, who most recently came from Confluent, takes up the position of Nordic Head of IGEL when the representative Timo Siedenberg now leaves for the role of IGEL Channel Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Johan Fredriksson: New Nordic Head with Ambitions for IGEL
Johan Fredriksson who now takes on the role of Nordic manager for IGEL has extensive experience in leading positions in the software sector. He most recently came from the data streaming company Confluent. A large part of his career took place at Red Hat, where he spent almost seventeen years building a business from a few employees to an organization with hundreds of employees.
- My ambition is to be able to make the same journey with LEECH, says John Fredriksson. In the first step, we are building on our strategic sales group to verticalize the organization in the next step. We will get closer to our customers and our partners. The channel is important to us.
IGEL already has customers today throughout the Nordic region and intends to significantly expand its customer base with its offering HEDGEHOG OS.
- The base for us today is Sweden, but the hope is to be able to spread across the Nordic region soon, Johan tellsWe should always be able to work pan-Nordic, but we need resources in the other Nordic countries as well.
In his free time, Johan is with his family, who are often on the sailboat or on the ski slope.
