Street, a leader in comprehensive solutions for payroll, human resources and financial management, has appointed Colin Brennan appointed new CEOThis significant step marks a significant milestone for the company, which officially launched in July 2024 after spinning off its payroll and professional services function from Alight Solutions.
Brennan has nearly 30 years of experience in the digital and human resources sectors and has a proven track record of driving growth and business transformation. He spent over 27 years with Strada's predecessor companies, including Alight Solutions and Aon Hewitt, where he has held various leadership roles such as Chief Customer Officer, Chief Product Strategy and Solutions Officer, and President of Payroll and Cloud Solutions. His deep knowledge of the company and understanding of customer needs make him well positioned to lead Street into the next phase. Most recently, Brennan was Chief Revenue Officer at Lumin Digital, a fintech company specializing in digital banking solutions.

In addition, Strada has announced the appointment of Richard Hanks to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's global financial operations. Hanks is an experienced CFO with extensive experience in to grow and transform global technology– and service companies in USA, Europe and AsiaPrior to joining Strada, he was CFO at Williams Lea, a global provider of technology-driven business support services, and at Clarivate, a publicly traded company and global leader in data, analytics and information services.
