Dynatrace now launching new AI-powered log analysis capabilitiesIt can help businesses address inefficiencies, delays, and security risks often associated with legacy log management solutions.

Many traditional logging systems are completely isolated from other monitoring and analysis tools. This leads to fragmented data, slow incident investigations, and increased costs. Dynatrace's new features streamline log management by combining AI-powered analysis with efficient and automated data processing.

Key features of the updated log analysis:

  • AI integration with Davis – Dynatrace AI engine Davis provides immediate insights into logs, simplifying data analysis and understanding. Users can ask natural language questions to search, build dashboards, and generate reports – without the need for advanced SQL or coding knowledge.
  • Intuitive interface – By eliminating the need for complex search languages, log analysis becomes more accessible to the entire organization. With simple search and filtering, more teams can quickly find and act on relevant data.
  • OpenPipeline technologyLogs are automatically provided with relevant IT context, such as details from Kubernetes environments, enabling faster and more accurate analysis. Businesses can easily transform logs into metrics or business events and connect them directly to dashboards and analytics tools for real-time insights.
  • New pricing model – Simplified pricing that includes search queries makes it easier to predict annual costs. Organizations don’t have to manually monitor usage and can instead focus on customizing log management as needed.

Mala Pillutla, Vice President of Log Management at Dynatrace, emphasizes the importance of a coherent log analysis:
