CONVENDUM is expanding its establishment in Gothenburg and has agreed to rent 4,260 square meters in Wallenstam's property at Stampgatan 14 in GothenburgIn total, the rental covers three floors with office and conference space on floors seven, eight and nine.

The establishment includes several parts, partly a conference center and lounge, partly “Private Office” which are private office spaces and partly the “Big Office” concept which are flexible, larger premium offices with an all-inclusive solution including furniture, technology and ancillary services. Occupancy will take place with an estimated start in October 2023.

At Stampgatan 14 there are large productive areas and a completely unique fan-like construction that creates space and an experience beyond the ordinary. The property has windows in all directions and on the top floors you have miles of views over large parts of Gothenburg and a terrace of over 100 square meters.

Wallenstam will now rebuild and modernize the property and also build on it with 1.5 floors. The reconstruction is expected to be completed in the fall of 2023.
