Calitii, a Synechron company and IT consulting firm, has announced an agreement with BridgeBio, a biopharmaceutical company, to deliver comprehensive ServiceNow Managed Services.
The collaboration based on Calitii's basic implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management for BridgeBio last year and is moving towards daily management, proactive maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
Within the framework of this partnership, Calitii to act as an extension of BridgeBios internal IT frameworks. The managed services strategy is designed to keep the ServiceNow system flexible, secure, and aligned with the dynamic needs of BridgeBio's business.

The ServiceNow Managed Services agreement aims to provide the following core components:
- Proactively identifying and implementing service improvements to improve platform efficiency, security, and reliability.
- A certified and experienced support team that handles requests, incidents, problems, enhancements, and inquiries.
- Strategic consulting with roadmap and strategic guidance to unlock the full potential of the platform, including implementation of new features and AI integration.
- Careful platform maintenance including upgrades, patches, health checks and security assessments.
- A 24/7 helpdesk that offers operational support for user questions and bug fixes.
This collaboration aims to support platform performance, improve productivity and contribute to BridgeBio's strategic growth goals.
